Ceramic CoatingWhat is Ceramic Coating??
Ceramic Coating has actually been around for a while but because of there high costs has only been utilized by consumers with high-end cars. That is all changing, the products are becoming so widely used by all car owners that the cost of the products are going down and can now benefit everyone. Ceramic Coating is essentially a second skin for your vehicle. It puts a second layer on top of your clear coat for added protection. It uses nanotechnology, which is a very thin layer of particles that forms a thin line that is not visible to the naked eye. These particles are so tiny that when they are applied to the surface of your vehicle they seal all the pores making the surface water-repellent, but also resistant to UV, scratches, chemicals, extreme heat and even anti-graffiti. The nano ceramic coating forms a semi-permanent bond with a vehicle’s surface, resulting in a ‘sacrificial’ layer that will not wash away when it rains or when you wash your vehicle. It does not break down over time. In fact, usually, it lasts years. It repel dirt and water like nothing else, which makes your vehicle easier to clean. The hardness of the particles helps to prevent swirl marks and marring from washing. |

Benefits of Ceramic Coating
1. Ceramic Coating Lasts for years!!!
Unlike traditional coatings, such as wax, Ceramic coating lasts for years. The coating fuses to the surface of your vehicle and does not wear off with external forces.Acidic components of the atmosphere do not erode ceramic coating over time like waxing does. Wax wears off over time when exposed to the weather and therefore you have to constantly keep applying it in order to protect your vehicle from the outside components. Nano-coating is much more superior and it may cost more at that time but in the long run it is much more cost efficient. It last years!!
2. Your car stays cleaner longer
All vehicles have pitted surfaces, some more than others. While these are not visible to you on a daily basis, they are there. These pitted surfaces allow dirt to find little pockets to sink into. Nano-coating gives your car or truck an outside coating that provides a smooth and even surface that dirt and grime cannot get into, thus allowing these particles to roll right off. Because of this property of ceramic coating, what you encounter on the road or with the weather will be unable to stick to the surface of your vehicle. This allows your ride to live in its pristine existence that it left the car lot in for far longer than it would without the extra coating.
3. Cost effective
I know a lot of people go into sticker shock with they are first qouted the price for ceramic and who wouldn't it is an investment. But it is a great investment, we spend thousands and thousands of dollars when we purchase our car. We want our cars to last for years and to look like it did when we drove it off the car lot. If you wash and wax (wax lasts 2-3 months max) your car on a regular basis like you should to keep your car looking great then that will cost you around $600-800 a year, Ceramic coating costs anywhere between $500 to $2500 depending on what premuim package you choose. Since Ceramic is permanent if maintained properly, it would require a single application over the average lifetime of your ownership of your vehicle.
4. It looks amazing!!
Who doesn't want their car to look amazing driving down the road!! I know I do! I love to go driving when the sun is out and the day is gorgeous. And when your car is looking fly then BONUS! Ceramic Coating allows your car to look shiny, sleek and glossy for a much longer period of time. Even if you drive through a down pour that water will just roll right off leaving your vehicle still looking sheek, shiny and glossy for days.
